Proliferation therapy

Proliferation therapy is a highly effective injection method for treating pain in the musculoskeletal system. By the using proliferation therapy, loosened ligament structures are strengthened again. For this purpose, a high-percentage sugar solution (glucose 40%) is injected with thin needles into the unstable ligament and connective tissue structures. This injection into the loosened ligaments, tendons and joint capsules leads to a tightening of the tissue, a stabilization of the joint, and thus a reduction in pain.

Usually, 4 to 6 syringes are administered to the affected structure - after the treatment, physiotherapy is prescribed to stabilize the muscles.
